This page describes the first level of Set 1, World 1, one of the main levels of A Dance of Fire and Ice.

This is the first world of A Dance of Fire and Ice. This is the level where most people first encounter the game and learn the basics, making it one of the easiest main levels.
There are six tutorials, most of which are straight tile, making it quite basic. This is also the level where you first learn about the rhythm changes based on the angle, which is the core of the game. The snail tile, which slows down the planet's orbit when stepped on, is also introduced, though it is not described in detail. The tutorial background color is black. [1][2]
Main level design is designed to be comfortable for even beginners, with a star-studded universe and hanging lanterns on chains. The lanterns that appear here hang above the world entrances according to the record of clearing the official levels.

1번째 세계의 메인 레벨이다.
처음 경험하는 메인 레벨인 만큼 매우 쉬운 레벨이지만, 튜토리얼보다 훨씬 빨라진 BPM만으로 초심자는 당황하기 쉽다. 기본적으로 일자 길로 이루어졌지만 중간중간 등장하는 Z굴곡과 S굴곡에서 당황하여 죽기 쉽다. 굴곡마다 카메라가 이동하여 행성을 클로즈업하는데, 곡이 느려지는 것으로 착각할 수 있으니 주의해야 한다. 마지막 Z굴곡과 S굴곡이 바로 연속해서 나오는 부분을 넘기면 달팽이 타일을 밟으며 BPM이 1/4로 줄어들고 곧 레벨이 끝나게 된다.
목표 배속은 1.5배로, 기본 BPM이 150에서 225로 증가한다. BPM이 빠른 만큼 상당히 어려워지니 주의해야 한다.
5. 여담 [편집]
- 새해나 할로윈 기간에 플레이하면 메인 레벨의 배경이 바뀐다! 랜턴들이 분위기에 맞춰서 바뀌게 된다. 할로윈 기간에는 곡도 할로윈스럽게 바뀐다.
- 게임의 로비 음악은 메인 레벨의 곡을 0.8배속으로 재생한 것이다.
- 몇년동안, 튜토리얼의 Z굴곡과 S굴곡의 이름이 바뀌어있었다. itch.io의 데모 버전에서 해당 현상을 살펴볼 수 있다.
